Campustom provides an auditing and reporting feature you can use to track staff members activity within your campus. We record each and every action done on your campus; additionally, we record device information and the IP address of the origin of the action. You can sort, filter, and analyze this data to determine who has done what on your campus. For example, you can determine who created, modified, and deleted which records. This audit log is retained for 60 days from the time of action.

Access audit logs

To access the audit logs, you must be a super administrator on campus. Follow these steps to access:

  1. Login to the Campustom Dashboard using your credentials.
  2. Navigate to the 'Campus' that you want to manage.
  3. Look for the navigation panel, usually located on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
  4. Locate and click on the Audit option in the navigation panel. This action will navigate you to the audit page, where you will see audit logs for your campus.
