Terms of service

This is an agreement between you and the entity that you represent (hereinafter "you" and "your") and  "Inhank Advanced Technologies" on behalf of our service "campustom". These terms of service govern your use of our services.

Part of this Agreement

This agreement consists of "General Terms" that contain the core legal and commercial terms that apply to your use of our services. and includes the "Partner Terms" of the partner program in which you have chosen to enroll your organization(s). You must agree to these terms of service to use our services. If you do not agree with these terms of service, please avoid using our services.

General Terms

Access

You need to sign up for a user account at https://account.inhank.com/register by providing all the required information in order to access or use our services. You need agree to "Inhank Advanced Technologies" terms also. If you represent an organization or chooses our "Partner Program", all users from your organization need to sign up for a user account. You must be 18 years of age or older in order to use our "Partner Program".

Organization accounts and Administrator accounts

Even after your user account registration, your email address needs to be enrolled at your organization level in the desired category(Staff, Student, or Parent) to display member organizations on your dashboard home page. You need to contact your organization administrator to enroll. These accounts are referred to as "organization accounts". An organization's administrator has complete control over the creation and deletion of these accounts. We will notify you through your registered email address if any organization account is created.

When you sign up for your organization as an administrator, you may specify one or more admin roles for your users registered in the "Staff" category to control and manage your organization. You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of the administrator account password. Appointing a competent individual as the admin role of managing your organization and ensuring all actions occurring in your organization need to be compliant with this agreement.

If you lost control of your administrator account, you can recover your account by sending an email to accounts@inhank.com. Our customer support officer will respond to your email and provide the procedure to reclaim your account. If any individual provides proof of satisfaction to our customer support officer, "Inhank Advanced Technologies" will provide access to the lost account. You agree not to hold "Campustom" and "Inhank Advanced Technologies" liable for the consequences of any actions taken by "Inhank Advanced Technologies" in good faith in this regard.

Restrictions on use

You agree to be solely responsible for any data you transmit through our services, and you agree not to do the below.

  • Posting links to third party links to third party links or use of there copyrighted properties like there logo and brand names without their prior written permission.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer our applications and services and gain unauthorized access to our servers or it's related networks.
  • Using the service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden our servers and networks.
  • Host, display and upload any information that not belonged other person or entity and to which you do not have any permission.
  • Violating any applicable local, state, national and international laws by using our services.
  • Using our services for competitive or benchmarking purposes of any kind
  • We prohibit using our services to insult, harass, abuse, threaten, harm someone, publish pornographic material, offend religious sentiments, or promote racism.

If you use our services for the abnormal activities listed above, we have the right to terminate your access to use our services.

Data Privacy

The data you provide through our services is governed by the "Inhank Advanced Technologies Privacy Policy". Using our service indicates your acceptance of our terms of service. It is your primary responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account username and password. We may share some of your information with our technical partners to provide our service functionalities to you. We comply with all Indian juridical laws and reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, legal process, or government request.

Data ownership

You own and retain all rights to the data you submit to our services. This agreement does not grant us any ownership rights to data provided by you to our services. But you grant permission to our services to access, store, distribute, transmit, reformat, and publicly display the content you provide for the purpose of providing necessary services to you.

Partner Terms

From the above "General Terms", these "Partner Terms" are also applicable to customers who choose our "Partner Program".

Free Trials

Our new customers can try our services for a period of 14 days without making any payment or adding any payment method. This free trial is only applicable to new customers' first organization setup. We will notify you via email or phone a few days before the end of your free trial to provide your payment method and subscribe to our paid plan. If you do not subscribe to our paid plans, your organization will become inaccessible to your users, but you can access your organization and it is limited to read-only access until you subscribe to our paid plans.

Subscriptions and Payments

Our services are available under monthly and annual subscription plans of various units. You can select your desired units from what you actually require and pay what you need. If you use a credit card for your subscription, it will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscription cycle. ( Our customers from India who are using our services, Under new RBI guidelines, the credit card auto-debit feature is declined. You need to renew your subscription manually at the organization's subscription page at the end of each billing cycle. ) You can upgrade or downgrade your organization's subscription plan anytime you want. You can upgrade your organization's subscription plan at its subscription page, but you can only downgrade your organization's subscription plan to the number of units you currently use. The downgraded prorated amount will be credited to your next payment. If you forget to renew your subscription plan at the end of its cycle, we will notify you by email or phone. However, if you do not renew your subscription plan, your organization will switch to a read-only state after 7 days of your subscription cycle ending until you renew your subscription plan.

Modification of Terms of Service

We may modify this agreement upon notice to you at any time through a service announcement or by sending an email to your primary email address. If we make significant changes to the Agreement that affect your rights, you will be provided with at least 30 days' advance notice of the changes by email to your primary email address.
