How active seats works
Active seats offer users the ability to access resources from web and native mobile apps based on roles assigned by administrators. This feature is beneficial as it provides an extra layer of security, ensuring that only authorized users are able to access a given resource. Active status can also be easily managed through adding unlimited inactive users or switching their active and inactive states at any time.
Add or remove subscription seats
To add or remove seats from your campus subscription plan, navigate to the Settings tab on your campus page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and you will find a section that outlines your current subscription plan.
Click Edit Subscription button as a result you navigate to your campus subscription plan page. Here, you can easily adjust the number of seats in accordance and click Payment Details button proceed farther to payment page view your changes and pay for to apply your subscription.You can switch from a monthly to an annual subscription, but not vice versa.
Active seats are calculated in subscriptions and invoicing as
- One staff unit equals 1 active staff seat.
- One student unit equals 100 active students.
Cancel campus subscription
If you are not satisfied with our service, you can easily cancel your subscription by clicking the 'Cancel Subscription' button. A confirmation dialog will appear and ask for a valid reason for cancellation; once provided, click on 'Confirm Cancellation' to complete the process. Please review our refund policy to see whether you are eligible for a refund. You may resubscribe to any of our plans at any time in the future should you wish to do so.
What happens to your data if your subscription is cancelled?
If your subscription is cancelled, either by you or due to a failed payment, the data associated with your campus will not be deleted. However, this means that all of the resources available on your campus will move into a read-only state; users can still access and view them but they won't be able to take any actions or make changes. This ensures that no data is lost in case of an unexpected cancellation.
